Legitimate context

We may allow documentary, educational, scientific, journalistic, artistic, or authorized security research content when it does not facilitate harm, violate the law, or otherwise breach these rules. Labels and disclaimers do not make prohibited content acceptable.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove or block content, suspend or terminate projects, reclaim Rork-provided subdomains, restrict access to the services, or disable accounts. We may act immediately and without prior notice when we believe an issue is urgent, when notice is not practical, or when law requires it.

We reserve the right to make the final interpretation of this policy. We may consider the content, context, severity, risk of harm, and a user's history when deciding how to enforce it.
